Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Our daily cut-off time for order processing is 2:00 PM PST (Monday through Friday) . Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees—what you see is what you pay.

Carriers

We work with a network of trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and the size of your package, your order may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment to optimize delivery speed and reliability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@garnethiill.it.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately—we will do our best to make the change before your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. We do not ship to freight forwarders or third-party consolidation services.
  2. All shipments require a physical street address for delivery.
  3. Signature may be required for certain high-value orders at the carrier’s discretion.
